BTS Jimin releases remix album of 'Who (Remixes)' on 23rd day of his first solo after being discharged from military service
Jimin continues his popularity with a remix album.

Big Hit Music announced the release of the remix album of Jimin's second solo album 'MUSE' through global superfan platform Weverse at 1 p.m. on the 22nd (Korea time).

'Who (Remixes)', which will be released at 1 p.m. on the 23rd, will feature a total of seven tracks, including acoustic, rock, Shibuya-gye, funky, and Beautiful Mind remixes, including the original song and instrumental version of 'Who'.

If the original song feels sexy and bold, 'Acoustic Remix' is arranged around an acoustic guitar to bring out the lusciousness. Jimin's charming voice is especially prominent. 'Rock Remix' is a reinterpreted track of the original song in the genre 'Grunge Rock'. Thanks to the powerful electric guitar and powerful drums, it shows off more intense energy than the original song.

'Shibuya world remix' is an arrangement inspired by the genre 'Shibuyakei' that dominated J-pop in the early 2000s. Based on the lounge house-style rhythm, guitar and synthesizer sound are combined to boost excitement. 'Funky Remix' features funky guitar and synthesizer sounds over the disco rhythm characteristic of the Electro Funk genre. You can see a different charm from the guitar performance of the original song.

The last 'Beautiful Mind Remix' reveals the sensibility of the original song in a minimal and chill way. It creates a hopeful atmosphere with a calm but bounce-like rhythm and a chorus in the right place.

Jimin's second solo album 'MUSE', released at 1 p.m. on the 19th, hit the world upon its release. The title song 'Who' went straight to the top of the iTunes chart in 112 countries/regions 'Top Song' (as of 9 a.m. on the 20th), and 'Worldwide iTunes' and 'European iTunes' songs remained at the top for three consecutive days.

The song also debuted at No. 3, recording the highest number of daily streams among K-pop released this year on the 'Daily Top Songs Global' (July 19) chart released by Spotify, the world's largest streaming platform. On the 2nd day, it remained in the 4th place of 'Daily Top Song Global' and ranked 14th in 'Daily Top Song US', up four notches from the previous day, and is loved worldwide.

Meanwhile, Jimin will appear on the popular NBC program `The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon' (The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon), which will air from 12:35 p.m. on the 23rd, and perform the title song of his second solo album 'MUSE' for the first time.
