Hwang Cheol-soon punched A more than 20 times in the face and head and kicked him in the face several times on October 16 last year while arguing with A in an outdoor parking lot of a building in Yeosu, Jeollanam-do. Afterwards, he grabbed A's hair, dragged him to the vehicle, sat him in the passenger seat, assaulted him with his hand, threw A's cell phone to the floor, damaged it, and punched the driver's door to crush it.
Hwang Chul-soon's assault injured A, including a fracture that required three weeks of treatment.
On August 1 of the same year, Hwang Chul-soon assaulted A by grabbing and pulling off his hair two to three times at his home.
Hwang Chul-soon was a former fitness player and made his face known by appearing on tvN 's comedy big league' as 'Jingman' from 2011 to 2016.
