'Drugged' Yoo Ah-in is charged with sexual assault.'"Soon to be summoned'

According to a report by the Chosun Ilbo on the 26th, the Yongsan Police Station in Seoul said it had booked Yoo Ah-in on charges of sexual assault of the same sex.
The complainant A claims that he was sexually assaulted by a toddler while sleeping at an officetel in Yongsan-gu on the 14th. Under the current law, similar rape is applied when the same sex sexually assaulted.
The officetel was not Yoo Ah-in or A's residence, and there were other men at the scene at the time.
A police official said "The accused (infant) will be summoned for questioning in the near future."
Police are also investigating the possibility that a toddler, who is on trial for habitual drug administration, committed the crime while taking drugs on the same day.
Meanwhile, Yoo Ah-in is on trial for repeatedly administering medical propofol 181 times under the guise of sleep anesthesia from cosmetic procedures at hospitals in Seoul from September 2020 to March 2022. On the 24th, the prosecution demanded a four-year prison term for Yoo Ah-in.
