Source Music recently filed a complaint with the Seoul Western District Court against Min, asking him to compensate for damage caused by defamation, obstruction of business and insults.
Source Music has a total of three issues. CEO Min personally cast the Newzins members, broke his promise to debut the Newzins as the first girl group in Hive, and Source Music pointed out the claim that the Newzins members were neglected.
Hive filed a complaint on April 26 against CEO Min on charges of professional breach of trust, saying he attempted to take over the management rights of his own label, Door. CEO Min countered that it is impossible to steal management rights due to the structure of the stake and that he has never attempted or initiated an act that undermines the company's value.
Since then, CEO Min attended Yongsan Police Station in Seoul on the 9th and was investigated for about eight hours. Representative Min told the truth. I feel relieved. Although he laughed, saying that breach of trust is a comedy, the police say that further investigation should be conducted.
Separately, CEO Min has also been sued by Irish agency Billifrap. Billifrap said CEO Min 'Eilet plagiarized New JeansHe sued CEO Min for obstruction of business and defamation and filed additional civil lawsuits, claiming that he denigrated the rookie group as a sub-class or fake with remarks to the effect.
