Kara Park Gyu-ri, who suffered a cheekbone and orbital fracture, expressed her feelings ahead of the surgery.

'Hello' is an unreleased song that was supposed to be included in Kara's fourth full album 'Full Bloom released in September 2013.

On top of the voices of Park Gyu-ri, Han Seung-yeon, Nicole, Kang Ji-young, and Heo Young-ji, Goo Ha-ra added the voices recorded in Korean during her lifetime to complete the full six-person version. The song was included in the Japanese version of Goohara's Japanese single 'Midnight Queen', released in November 2019.
