Yoo Eun-sung revealed his departure for Uganda, Africa, on the 2nd with his wife Kim Jung-hwa. Yoo Eun-sung said, `I meet my daughter Agnes, who goes to Uganda to film a documentary to eradicate AIDS in children who are in poverty, so that the disease of AIDS will no longer spread to our grandchild, Kim Abraham…And in the hope that more helping hands will reach young children suffering from AIDS inherited from their parents, they go on volunteer work under the name of missionary work." Kim Jung-hwa and Yoo Eun-sung have long supported Agnes, who lives in Uganda.
At the same time, Yoo Eun-sung also revealed his fighting against brain cancer. Yoo Eun-sung said, `I sincerely thank many people for worrying about my health and praying.' `I recently had a checkup, and the cancer cells did not grow significantly compared to last year, so the doctor told me to get close to cancer. I will take good care of it and praise it for a long time."
Meanwhile, Yoo married actor Kim Jung-hwa in 2013. Yoo Eun-sung was diagnosed with brain cancer in 2022.
