Actor Kwak Dong-yeon delivered a standout performance at his Japanese fan meeting, winning the hearts of attendees.

The '2024 Kwak Dong-yeon Japan Fan Meeting HEARTS,' held at Mozart Hall in Katsushika Symphony Hills, Tokyo on July 28th, lasted approximately 2 hours and 20 minutes. This event, which marked the first fan meeting in six years, was named after Kwak Dong-yeon's official fan club, 'Heart Kwak-dong.'

The event concluded with Kwak Dong-yeon performing John Park's "Thinking of You." During the talk session, he engaged fluently in Japanese without the aid of an interpreter, which was met with enthusiastic applause from the fans. He also shared insights into his notable works and behind-the-scenes stories, fostering a deep connection with his audience.



In the first segment, Kwak Dong-yeon captivated fans by singing Hong Isaac's "Fallin'," the OST from the drama 'Queen of Tears.' The second segment featured his rendition of Fukuyama Masaharu's "Hello" and an electric guitar performance that further energized the crowd.

The atmosphere turned playful during game time, with Kwak Dong-yeon’s delightful charm turning the event into a laughter-filled experience. The fan meeting concluded on an emotional note as Kwak Dong-yeon was moved to tears by a surprise prepared by his fans, expressing his gratitude and promising, "I want to be with my fans for a long time."



Following this successful fan meeting, Kwak Dong-yeon is set to make his domestic stage debut in the play 'Waiting for Godot' this September.
