On the afternoon of the 3rd, a showcase was held at Yes24 Wonder Rock Hall in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul to commemorate the release of Lee Seung-yoon's 3rd regular album, 'The Reversal.' Lee Seung-yoon's comeback is the first time in about a year and a half since his second full-length album 'House of Dreams' released last year.
Lee Seung-yoon is an album about his mindset to look back on this time, while acknowledging the untold. The lyrics "I'll show you my fountain" in the lyrics of "Fall" are the messages that penetrate this album. I'm a believer in 'Let's live according to the fractions'. He is a realist who is cruel. There was an internal concern between me knowing my fractions and prescribing them from the outside. I'm not an incredible person, but I wanted to show that this is the musical fountain", he introduced.
Lee Seung-yoon will release 'The Reversal' at 6 p.m. that day and begin his activities with the double title songs 'Fall' and 'Fall Time'.
'Fall' is an overwhelming song with a grandly unfolding band sound and an unconventional performance that scrapes the guitar neck. It has a great sense of immersion even in a long running time of 6 minutes.
Another title song 'Fire Bomb Time' is an exciting song with an addictive chorus and funky sound.
