On July 30, Min Hee-jin, CEO of ADOR, posted a detailed statement on her personal account addressing recent suspicions about concealing sexual harassment within the company.

In her statement, CEO Min clarified, "Despite the matter having been thoroughly investigated and concluded by HYBE, it seems my timing in addressing it has led to misunderstandings and secondary damage not only to myself but also to the involved members and partners. It is crucial to correct the facts promptly to prevent further harm."

CEO Min also shared screenshots of a Kakao Talk conversation involving Deputy Representative A and the victim, Employee B. The conversation revealed that A had invited B to dinner with advertiser C. However, A left early due to an emergency, leaving B to dine with C and later explore the store. An issue arose during B’s personnel evaluation, leading to a misunderstanding that A was trying to push B out of the company.

HYBE's investigation concluded that there were no charges of sexual harassment. CEO Min reprimanded A for their authoritative behavior and encouraged B to address the situation and have a meal together with A to resolve any misunderstandings. B expressed gratitude towards CEO Min for her efforts in resolving the issue.

CEO Min expressed regret that B’s feelings of being bullied had escalated the situation and hoped for a resolution that would maintain friendly relations. She criticized the media for distorting the context and engaging in unnecessary attacks. "It is disheartening that the situation has been turned into an irrelevant conflict," she said. "I urge HYBE and the media to respect human rights and return to common sense."

In response, singer Bada posted on her account, "Isn't this like an E.S.M girl group? Min Hee-jin, fighting! Our director for the 20th anniversary," alongside a photo with Min and Eugene. Bada and Eugene, who previously collaborated with CEO Min at SM Entertainment, have shown support for her throughout the conflict with HYBE.

During the conflict in May, Bada also filmed a music video for NewJeans, a group that has faced challenges. She expressed her support, wishing them well through this difficult period.

Eugene commented, “NewJeans, created by Min Hee-jin, left a cool and impressive mark, even in our brief collaboration during the S.E.S. 10th anniversary album. I'm thrilled as a fan that Min Hee-jin and NewJeans continue to thrive."
