Park Soo-hong appeared as a witness in the second trial of his brother and sister-in-law Lee (53), held at the Seoul High Court Criminal Chamber 7 (Judge Lee Jae-kwon) on the 10th. Prior to his attendance, Park Soo-hong asked the court to set up a partition so that his brother and wife could not see him, but it was not accepted, so he faced his brother and wife. At the court that day, his brother Park Jin-hong hardly looked at his younger brother Park Soo-hong.
On the same day, Park Soo-hong submitted a tax agent's report containing the flow of his family's funds for 15 years as evidence. Based on this, the brother and wife acquired about 4.3 billion won in real estate between 2014 and 2017, and even if they calculated the salary and dividend they received, they were 2 billion won short. Park Soo-hong said, "(I don't have the courage to see my brother and wife) again, and "My wish is to not think of them when I wake up in the morning."
Park Soo-hong sued his brother and wife for embezzlement in April 2021. The prosecution charged them with embezzling a total of 6.17 billion won, including company money and Park Soo-hong's personal funds, while taking charge of Park Soo-hong's management for 10 years from 2011 to 2021.
