Min Hee-jin, CEO of A-Door, has filed a complaint with the police against Hive management, including Park Ji-won, CEO of Hive.

CEO Min's legal representative, Sejong, said on the 24th that it has filed a complaint with Yongsan Police Station in Seoul against five Hive executives on charges of obstruction of business, detection of contents such as electronic records, infringement of information and communication networks, and defamation.

Five people are subject to the complaint, including CEO Park Ji-won, Chairman of the Audit Committee Lim Soo-hyun, Chief Legal Officer Chung Jin-soo, Chief Financial Officer Lee Kyung-joon, and Chief Communications Officer Park Tae-hee.

The complaint reportedly included that Hive forcibly acquired a work PC in the process of conducting an audit of Min to secure personal messenger content, and used it to create negative public opinion about Min by editing and distorting personal conversations.

In this regard, representative Min repeated numerous times that they leaked illegally acquired personal information without permission and falsely edited it as they intended""In 2022, CEO Min took over at Adore and illegally acquired personal conversations, not work, by forensically performing the laptop that was returned after initialization.""

Regarding the background of the complaint, "We have asked several times to stop doing things that harm artists and adore members and cause confusion to the public, but illegal activities have continued until recently.""The decision was made because the damage could no longer be neglected" he explained.

Hereinafter, full text of the official position of CEO Min Hee-jin.

Doer CEO Min Hee-jin and others filed a complaint with Yongsan Police Station today (July 24) against Hive CEO Park Ji-won, Audit Committee Chairman Lim Soo-hyun, Chief Legal Officer Chung Jin-soo, Chief Financial Officer Lee Kyung-joon, and Chief Communications Officer Park Tae-hee on charges of obstruction of business, detection of contents such as electronic records, violation of the law on promoting the use of information and communication networks, and violation of the law on promoting the use of information and communication networks and information protection (defamation).

The above Defendants have repeated numerous times the illegal messenger conversation between individuals, the leakage of personal information without permission, and the false editing of personal information as intended. In April, the defendants forcibly acquired the Adore-owned business laptop PCs used by the complainants in the name of `audit of subsidiaries of the parent company' with the aim of dismissing CEO Min Hee-jin's two complaints from the CEO. Through this, we secured the personal KakaoTalk message conversations of the complainants, and illegally acquired personal conversations, not work, by forensizing the laptop that CEO Min Hee-jin returned after initializing when he took office at Door around 2022. In addition, the Defendants edited and distorted the acquired personal conversations, made press releases that differ from the facts about the plaintiff's management and performance, and distributed them to the media to form negative public opinion about the plaintiff, Min Hee-jin.

The complainant has repeatedly officially and informally asked artists and members of the adore to stop such activities, causing confusion to the public, but the defendants' illegal activities have continued until recently. As a result, we can no longer neglect the damage caused by these illegal activities to artists and adore members, so we take action
