Singer Kim Hee-jae also won an appeal hearing against Mokoient for damages worth 600 million won.

On the 4th, the Seoul High Court dismissed all appeals of the plaintiff in the appeal trial of a 600 million won lawsuit filed by Mokoient against Kim Hee-jae and his agency. All litigation costs shall be borne by the Plaintiff."

Mocoient is Kim Hee-jae's second solo concert performance planner, which was scheduled to be held from July 2022. However, the performance was canceled 10 days ago because Mokoient failed to pay the down payment on the promised deadline.

In response, Mokoient claimed that Kim Hee-jae had been unfaithful in preparing for the concert and filed a lawsuit against Kim Hee-jae and his agency in February last year to compensate about 640 million won for damages for failure to sign an overseas management contract and a concert contract.

At the first trial on November 23 last year, the court ruled in favor of Kim Hee-jae, saying, `We reject the plaintiff's claim and the plaintiff bears the costs of litigation.' In response, Mokoient immediately appealed.
