'Maratanghuru'Serve's sexual harassment and malicious comments against a 12-year-old girl "Legal Response"

Sooni Entertainment, Serve's agency, announced on the 1st that it has filed a complaint on June 21 for violating the Child and Youth Sex Protection Act and defamation. "The indiscriminate malicious postings directed at the sub have reached a very serious level," the agency said. "We will strengthen legal action to protect the rights and interests of artists, judging that serious posts are being posted, especially against artists who are minors."
"A number of people, including law firms, are continuously collecting evidence in real-time using every means possible," Serve added. The agency is collecting intensive data from online communities and others, and if the investigation begins after filing a complaint, it may take at least several months to a year to close the case, but even if it takes time, we will continue to strive to eradicate serious violations such as sexual crimes and defamation against underage artists. We will respond strongly to the defendants who violated the rights and interests of the artist until the end without prejudice under any circumstances."
Meanwhile, serve is the main character of the challenge. As a kid creator born in 2012, he leads the 'Maratanghuru' challenge, which is held through various online platforms. He is also known as the daughter of broadcaster Lee Pani and musical actor Seo Sung-min, and is a kids creator with 800,000 TikTok followers and 100,000 Instagram followers.
