At that time, the second trial ruling was in accordance with a lawsuit to prove that the cause of the 2019 exclusive management contract between TS Entertainment and Sleepy (real name Kim Sung-won) lies with the defendant Sleepy.

In the second trial, Mr. Sleepy was the first to receive a legal ruling for years of unfair profit and harm to the company.
However, in the early days of the lawsuit, the exclusive contract was terminated as a cause of trust failure, not as a smooth adjustment, and the second trial court misinterpreted the mediation proposal that monetary damages should be compensated separately.
I think this is a judgment that was misinterpreted from our side.
