Stars Plead for Privacy After Home Disclosures

A growing number of stars are complaining about incidents such as trespassing after disclosing their homes.

Park Na-rae shared her concerns on Channel A's 'Dr. Oh's Golden Clinic,' airing on the 18th, where she sympathized with the professional grievances of a divorce lawyer who has always been exposed to threats.

After revealing her house on MBC's 'I Live Alone,' Park Na-rae faced issues with people recklessly coming to meet her at her home. In particular, Park Na-rae shocked everyone by confessing that her mother once opened the door, mistaking a trespasser for an acquaintance.

Model Han Hye-jin has also experienced the pain of trespassing. After showcasing her villa in Hongcheon on broadcasting and YouTube channels, Han Hye-jin suffered several unauthorized break-ins at the villa.

In January, Han Hye-jin appeared on the YouTube channel "Salty Brother Shin Dong-yeop" and shared a shocking incident. "There was a fire pit in the yard," she recalled. "In front of it, a middle-aged man and woman were drinking tea and taking pictures. They had parked their car in the middle of the yard." When Han Hye-jin asked how they got there, they responded, "We came here after watching YouTube and TV." Han Hye-jin politely asked them to leave, explaining, "I'm sorry, but you can't come in because it's private property." She surprised everyone by describing how insignificant the couple's behavior seemed to them.

In April, Han Hye-jin also made a plea on social media: "Please don't come to my house. All the license plates are recorded on CCTV here. It's scary." Despite this, she announced on SBS's 'My Ugly Baby,' which aired on the 14th, that she had installed a new fence around her Hongcheon villa for added security.

In addition, Lee Hyori and Lee Sang-soon unveiled their Jeju-do home through JTBC's 'Hyori's Homestay' in 2018. Since then, however, there have been people who have looked over the fence, taken photos, and even broken in without permission. Despite the couple's repeated appeals for privacy, the intrusions did not decrease, and they eventually decided to move.

Lee Hyori commented on the potential for another season of 'Hyori's Homestay,' saying, "I think it's going to be hard. The house should be a happy place for me, my husband, and my children, but after it was released, it was hard."
