Psy's performance, which began at 6 p.m. on the 20th at Seoul Grand Park Parking Plaza in Gwacheon, Gyeonggi Province, was suspended within an hour due to heavy rain and lightning strikes.
The organizers eventually decided to cancel it for safety reasons.
Due to the suspension of the performance, all the audience were summoned to their ears.
The performance schedule will be replaced by another day.
