On the 12th, B, a male businessman in his 50s, filed a complaint against A in the Seoul Southern District Court.
B said in December 2016 that A asked for a loan because he said he couldn't afford it, so he lent about 220 million won until October 2018, and later claimed that he reduced his debt to about 150 million won and received a loan certificate, but the loan has not been paid until now. Mr. B demanded to pay 314 million won for the return of the loan and compensation for damages.
Mr. A started a lawsuit against Mr. B in 2021. A sued B for sexually assaulting or attempting three times between 2017 and 2019. The police issued a no-charge disposition, and based on this, B sued A for innocence, but the police also decided not to send him. B filed a ruling again, and the trial continues at the Seoul High Court.
Mr. A debuted in the early 1990s and gained huge popularity as a terrestrial weekend drama.
