According to Hong Kong's South China Morning Post, Lisa paid 20,000 baht (about 750,000 won) to store owners in exchange for closing Yawarat Street in Bangkok, Thailand, to shoot a music video for her new song 'Rockstar' released on the 28th of last month.
Lisa shot a music video on Yawarat Street, called Bangkok's Chinatown, from 2 a.m. to 5 p.m. on May 3. To this end, the area was completely closed, and Lisa paid 20,000 baht to store owners who could not do business and 1,000 baht (about 40,000 won) to passers-by. 20,000 baht is equivalent to a month's salary in Thailand.
Rockstar is Lisa's first album released by the label Loud, which she founded after leaving her agency, YG Entertainment.
