The audience is demanding a refund, saying the problem was that the organizers sold the tickets excessively. The organizer sold more than 6,000 tickets even though it was a performance of 2,000 people.
In particular, critics point out that the organizers' actions were inappropriate, as 158 people were killed in the Itaewon crush accident in 2022, just two years ago.
