It was claimed that A's legal representative was the first informant to inform the Lekka YouTuber that Tzuyang, an eating YouTuber, was subjected to dating violence and illegal filming by her ex-boyfriend and agency representative A, and that more than 4 billion won was forcibly taken.

According to Sports Trends on the 18th, the first informant who delivered the damage Tzuyang received from A to the Lekka YouTuber's foot-and-mouth disease was B, A's legal representative. Until recently, B was in charge of Tzuyang's advisory contract.

In February last year, B approached foot-and-mouth disease, saying, `I will give Tzuyang's past history in terms of providing information.' Upon hearing the news, the foot-and-mouth disease signed a service contract worth 55 million won with Tzuyang's agency as an excuse.

As the recent damage that Tzuyang suffered from A became known, B continued to contact some YouTubers and reporters about related matters. As a result, the torture contract with Tzuyang was terminated.

Legal experts point out that if B leaks secrets acquired in his/her duties without the consent of his/her client, it is a violation of Article 26 of the Lawyers Act and falls under Article 317 of the Criminal Act (the crime of leaking business secrets), which could lead to criminal punishment.

Earlier, YouTubers Panxk and foot-and-mouth disease revealed each other during the recent conflict, and reported the atrocities committed to Tzuyang by the 「Lekka Union」, which includes foot-and-mouth disease, caracula, and national team members to the YouTube channel Garosero Research Institute, where Panxk was close to, and the Garosero Research Institute revealed on the 10th that the"Lekka Union" threatened Tzuyang over what Tzuyang had suffered from A.

Then, on the 11th, the next day, Tzuyang, who tried to take care of things quietly because he wanted to hide what he had been doing, opened his mouth and explained the situation through a live broadcast.

According to Tzuyang, Tzuyang, who dated A at the time of taking a leave of absence from college, tried to break up after seeing A's violent appearance, but continued to meet because A threatened to distribute a video of Tzuyang secretly. On top of that, A assaulted Tzuyang with a dull object.

Later, Tzuyang, who was taken to the entertainment establishment where A worked, was forced to pour alcohol, and even all the money he earned at the time was taken away by A. However, Tzuyang insisted that the entertainment establishment was not a prostitution establishment and that he worked for a short time.

Tzuyang told A that she would quit her job, but she was assaulted again and threatened to inform her family. This was the first time I started 'Eating Show', so I decided to give money earned from broadcasting instead of quitting my job. At this time, Tzuyang was assaulted about twice a day by A.

Since then, the scale of broadcasting has grown, and A has created an agency. Tzuyang made an unfair contract that received only 3% of all profits, and A had all of Tzuyang's ID and stamp. Tzuyang claims that even this contract was not paid properly. On top of that, he said he had never received any advertising revenue.

Even when Tzuyang took a break from broadcasting due to controversy over back advertising, A ordered her to return afterwards, and A wrote comments pretending to be Tzuyang. The agency's employees were also aware of this, but Tzuyang, who did not like it to be known, asked her to move on, and rather, A threatened the agency's employees as well. In addition, people around A also threatened Tzuyang and demanded money. In the process, Mr. A made an extreme choice, and the case was eventually closed with a non-transmission decision of 'No right to prosecute'.
