Jung Joon-young was sentenced to five years in prison in September 2020 and released from Mokpo Prison in South Jeolla Province in March of 2020 on charges of sexually assaulting women drunk in Hongcheon, Gangwon Province, and Daegu in March of the same year, and distributing videos illegally filmed 11 times in a group chat room that included former Big Bang member Seungri and former FT Island member Choi Jong-hoon.
