The request for compensation due to the termination of the exclusive contract due to the breach of the contract is also unacceptable because the termination is subject to court mediation."

In the second trial, Mr. Sleepy was the first to receive a legal ruling for years of unfair profit and harm to the company.
However, in the early days of the lawsuit, the exclusive contract was terminated as a cause of trust failure, not as a smooth adjustment, and the second trial court misinterpreted the mediation proposal that monetary damages should be compensated separately.
