Actor Song Hye-kyo took the lead in promoting Korea again.
Song Hye-kyo and Sungshin Women's University Professor Seo Kyung-duk said on the 17th that they donated guidebooks introducing the sites of the Korean independence movement in Paris, France.
The guides were produced in Korean and French, and 10,000 copies were donated to the Korean Education Center in France and the Korean Pavilion in Paris International University Village.
The guide introduces in detail on Seo Young-hae, a representative independence activist in Paris, the Korean News Agency, the Paris Commission of the Provisional Government of the Republic of Korea, and the establishment of the Korean Friendship Association in Paris.
Professor Seo, who planned this work, said, "Many Koreans and foreigners will visit Paris for the upcoming Paris Olympics, and I wanted to introduce the site of the Korean independence movement to them widely."
He also expressed concern, saying, "The preservation situation of the remains of the Korean independence movement overseas is not very good. The continued interest and visits of our people will be the greatest power to inform and preserve the sites of the independence movement that have been neglected abroad."
In addition, if it is difficult to visit the site in Paris, France, you can download the original file from the website 'Korean History'.
Meanwhile, over the past 13 years, supported by Seo Gyeong-duk's planning and Song Hye-kyo's sponsorship, they have donated Korean guidebooks, Korean-language signs, and busts of independence activists to 36 Korean independence movement historic sites overseas.
