According to the legal community on the 16th, foot-and-mouth disease is being tried in eight cases in the Suwon District Court.
Prosecutors indicted foot-and-mouth disease without detention five times on charges of violating the Information and Communication Network Act (defamation) from July 24 last year to February 22 this year, and these five cases were merged to proceed with one trial.
Judge Kim Soo-jung of the Suwon District Court's Criminal Chamber 11 designated the sentence date for the case as the 18th, and foot-and-mouth disease has currently appointed nine lawyers for two law firms. Last month, he was sentenced to three years in prison in a final trial of the case.
In addition, foot-and-mouth disease is being tried in three cases of defamation and intimidation by the Suwon District Court. In addition to the ongoing trial, the case is under investigation by the prosecution for seven cases of defamation, intimidation and insults. As a result, trials for foot-and-mouth disease are expected to increase further in the future.
In particular, the Suwon District Prosecutors' Office is also investigating a case in which foot-and-mouth disease was accused of threatening YouTuber Tzuyang and signing a contract worth 55 million won. Initially, the case was distributed to the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office, but was transferred to the Suwon District Prosecutors' Office on the 15th.
The foot-and-mouth disease voluntarily appeared at the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office on the 15th and explained that `It was Tzuyang who first asked for services for risk management, and we had no choice but to accept the contract.'
Meanwhile, YouTube stopped generating revenue for YouTubers such as foot-and-mouth disease and caracula. YouTube said it has "violated its policy on creator responsibility for actions that are detrimental to the community off the platform" and has "stopped participation in the YouTube Partner Program and prevented it from making a profit."
