The Best Actor award went to Si-wan Lim for Boys' Generation.

The best actress award went to Park Bo-young.

Meanwhile, the Blue Dragon Series Awards are the first awards ceremony held in Korea for the original streaming series in 2022, targeting domestic dramas and entertainment and cultural programs produced or invested by Netflix, Disney+, Apple TV+, Watcha, Wave, Kakao TV, Coupang Play, and TVing.
