It was also found that B's mother was continuously sexually harassed by saying, `I will have it someday, you will be my girl one day.'

The mother of B, who endured for her daughter's art middle school entrance exam, sued A a month before the entrance exam when her daughter belatedly confessed the damage. Just before the complaint, Mr. A told Ms. B's father "I hurt my family because they liked people and were affectionate, which was careless and mistakenHe also sent an apology message saying ".

The first trial court sentenced him to prison saying, `Considering the status and role of the entrance exam instructor who should help children form proper values, guilt is heavy and poor.'
