Over 400,000 people simultaneously visited the concert's booking site, reflecting the intense anticipation of fans worldwide for the 'Legendary K-pop girl group' 2NE1. The announcement of the group's full reunion in July had already generated significant excitement in the music industry, both domestically and internationally.

The fierce competition for tickets was partly due to numerous fans expressing the desire for a larger venue and additional dates. This high demand underscores the deep-seated loyalty and admiration that fans hold for 2NE1 and their music, which remains iconic in the memories of many.

A representative from YG Entertainment stated, "We are grateful for the overwhelming support and love from the fans. We are preparing a stage that will be as memorable as the time you have waited, so please look forward to creating special moments together with 2NE1."

Yang Hyun-suk, the executive producer, had previously surprised fans by announcing the 2NE1 project, marking a fresh start for the group. Recently, Yang Hyun-suk and the four members of 2NE1 held a formal meeting at YG's new headquarters in Hapjeong-dong, Seoul, for the first time in about eight years. This highly anticipated meeting led to the concrete outcome of a 'collaboration.'

The project, driven by the determination of Yang Hyun-suk and the strong will of 2NE1, begins with a solo concert. 2NE1 will perform in Seoul in early October with full support from YG. They also plan to hold concerts in Osaka and Tokyo, Japan, followed by a global tour in other regions.
