The Locarno International Film Festival has been one of the world's six largest film festivals held every August in the resort city of Locarno in northeastern Switzerland since 1946. It is known to present artistic and experimental authoristic films.
Director Hong Sang-soo won the Golden Leopard Award for "Right Now, Wrong Then" (2015) in the international competition section of the festival.
On the other hand, the film "Suyucheon" is director Hong's 32nd directing film, which tells the story of a female university instructor asking his uncle, who has not been working for several years, to direct a sketch. Kim Min-hee, who is in a relationship with Hong, also participated in the production of the film as the director of production. The movie will be released in Korea in the second half of this year.
