Following the photo shoot, Song Hye-kyo shared her reflections on her recent work, particularly her role in the hit series 'The Glory'. She admitted, "I was anxious and apprehensive because it was my first time tackling this genre. Fortunately, it was well-received, and I discovered a new source of enjoyment. This experience has strengthened my belief that I can continue to improve and take on new challenges with confidence."
Regarding her upcoming film Black Nuns, Song Hye-kyo revealed her initial reservations about the occult genre, which she wasn’t particularly fond of. However, her mother’s interest in it helped her adapt. She explained, "I didn’t want to follow The Glory with another love story, so when I encountered Black Nuns, I was excited about the fresh challenge. Seeing myself engaged in such a different role on the monitor, I thought, 'This is a new side of me,' and I look forward to discovering more about myself through this role."
Song Hye-kyo also spoke about the impact of surrounding oneself with positive influences. She said, "It’s important to have people around who bring joy, even in challenging times. I’ve always appreciated the good adults in my life who helped me navigate difficulties. I strive to be a decent adult in return."
On the subject of her enduring career, she remarked, "I’ve always given my best in the time I’ve been given. While the results aren’t always perfect, I will continue to work diligently and sincerely. I understand that criticism and praise are part of the journey, and I embrace both with the same commitment."
Song Hye-kyo's candid reflections and ongoing dedication to her craft highlight her thoughtful approach to her career and personal growth.
