Arum from T-ara doesn't pay back 37 million won borrowed from a fan..Sent on charges of fraud
Arum, a former member of girl group T-ara, was handed over to the prosecution on charges of borrowing tens of millions of won from fans and not paying it back.

Gwangmyeong Police Station in Gyeonggi Province said on the 12th that it sent Arum without detention on charges of fraud at the end of last month.

Arum is accused of borrowing about 37 million won from three acquaintances, including his fan, and then not paying it back.

The victims filed a series of complaints with the police from March to May, claiming that `Arum borrowed money for personal reasons and has not yet paid it back.'

When the incident became known, Arum reportedly denied the allegations, but admitted the charges in a police investigation, saying, `single crime.'

Meanwhile, Arum joined Tiara in 2012 and left the following year. In 2019, he married a businessman and had two sons, but in December last year, he revealed that he was filing for divorce. At the same time, he also announced his remarriage with his boyfriend A.

However, suspicions arose that Arum and A committed fraud against acquaintances and fans. Since then, the two have separated, and they have claimed each other to be victims.

Arum was sent to the prosecution in May on charges of abusing her child. The prosecution indicted the Suwon District Court on the 15th of last month on the Ansan Branch. The prosecution plans to consider whether to combine the additional charges of fraud sent with the charges of violating the Child Welfare Act.
