Actor Cho Jung-seok appeared on tvN's entertainment program 'Uquiz on the Block', which aired on the 31st of last month.
This year marks the 20th anniversary of his debut. Looking back on the past 20 years, Cho Jung-seok said, `I have no regrets. I remember it was so fierce and I worked so hard."I started with the musical "The Nutcracker" in 2004 and continued to perform until 2010. The day I rested was 15 days. I haven't taken a single day off (in seven years) except for 15 days. I remember living very hard."
As for the reason why I lived so hard, I had to do it and I couldn't stop it. My father died when I was 20 and I had to be the breadwinner. Don't you think why people around you are working so hard. The moments that were needed economically and the moments that had to work hard were successive. I couldn't look back" he said.

Yoo Jae-seok asked "What would you do if you had time for me?" and Cho Jung-seok asked "What comes to mind right now is that I'm alone at home. I'm going to cook ramen, cool down a glass of beer, call my friend I miss, joke about it, and if I try to hang up, I'll talk about it a little more. It's fun when the sun goes down. I think it's best to watch a variety show```.
Then "The next day, I got a phone call without work, and (the spider) is coming back one more day?immerse oneself with " "I'm sorry. This is not it," he apologized to the camera and smiled.

Cho Jung-seok, who is already in his 40s, said "I think it's a time when he has a lot of worries. My friends who played soccer and basketball went back and forth to the hospital for health, and I had an unexpected appendectomy in March this year. I think about my health a lot, and the more my daughter gets, the more weight I feel. I'm one of the top actors in "Pilot" so I hope it goes well" he vented.
Yoo Jae-seok also said, "There are burdens that I carry without knowing even if I don't try to find my luggage"I sympathized with him.
