Omega X Hwichan is sent to the prosecution on charges of forced harassment by the former CEO of the agency

The Seoul Seongdong Police Station sent Huichan to the Seoul Eastern District Prosecutors' Office on the 2nd.
Spire Entertainment (hereinafter referred to as Spire), a former agency of Omega X, filed a complaint with the police in March, claiming that Whichan forcibly molested Kang.
Spire said "It's painful that Whichan, drunk, has to go to the army to Kang. He complained, 'Help me' and forcibly removed Kang's top, which was consoling him, and molested him" he insisted.
In response, Omega X countered that it was an act of coercion by Kang.
Omega X filed an injunction against suspending the effectiveness of its exclusive contract, saying it had been subjected to habitual verbal abuse, assault, and sexual harassment by Spire. As the court ruled in favor of OmegaX in January 2023, they terminated their exclusive contract with Spire in May of the same year and moved the enemy to their current agency IPQ in July.
