According to the legal community on the 12th, the Seoul Central District Court decided to extend Kim Ho-joong's arrest period by two months.

In particular, the arrest period for Lee Kwang-deuk, CEO of the agency, Thinking Entertainment, and former head of the division, who were arrested and charged with concealing the case, was also extended on the same day.

According to the Criminal Procedure Act, the defendant's initial arrest period is two months, and the arrest period can be extended twice every two months, up to a maximum of six months.

In particular, Kim Ho-joong's victim filed a petition on the 7th stating that "Please treat Kim Ho-joong".

It is said that the victim submitted a petition for leniency because he received a handwritten apology letter from Kim Ho-joong in the detention center.

Earlier, Kim Ho-joong is suspected of running away after hitting an oncoming taxi while driving drunk on a road in Apgujeong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, at around 11:40 p.m. on May 9. Since then, Kim Ho-joong has urged an employee of his agency to make false embroidery, and he has moved to a hotel near Guri-si, Gyeonggi-do. In the meantime, manager Jang falsely confessed that he had drunk driving, and CEO Lee Kwang-deuk and Jeon damaged the black box video.

Kim Ho-joong attended the police at around 4:30 p.m. the next day, 17 hours after the accident, and admitted to driving under the influence. Ten days after the accident "I didn't drink." reversed its position and issued an apology.
