Oh made his debut as a theater actor in 1964.
After entering broadcasting in 1970 as a special actor for MBC's cultural broadcasting, the deceased appeared in dramas 'First Republic', 'Love and Ambition', 'Chunhyangjeon', 'Twilight Day', 'Walking to the Sky', 'Second Republic', 'Third Republic', 'Eyes of Dawn', and the movie ''Public Enemy'.
