The documentary film 'Hello, Grandma' that tells the story of the giant panda Fu Bao and the jukekeepers, which has been loved by the nation, will be released on Sept. 4.

The press preview of the movie 'Hello, Grandfather' (Director Shim Hyung-joon, Thomas Go) was held at the entrance of Lotte Cinema Konkuk University in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, on Aug. 27. Director Shim Hyung-joon, Ju Keeper Kang Chul-won and Ju Keeper Song Young-kwan attended the meeting after the movie was screened.

"The Bao Family influenced not only us, but also many people," Kang Cheol-won said in his thoughts ahead of the release. "There are many people who met Fubao in difficult times and gained courage and a new life. Then Fu Bao left, and I was very worried that emptiness or sadness might come to their hearts."

He added that "I hope it will be an opportunity for them to comfort them and for those who did not know the Bao Family to change their perception, and that the Bao Family will be remembered for a long time.'

The movie 'Hello, Grandma' tells the warm story of the Bao family and keepers, from the arrival of Fu Bao's mother and father, Ai Bao and Le Bao, to the birth and growth of twin brothers Lu Bao and Hu Bao.

In particular, it focuses on the last three months of Fu Bao's journey before leaving for China this year.

The untold stories of the pandas' grandparents, such as Kang Cheol-won and Song Young-kwan, will be released for the first time in the form of interviews.

In particular, the touching scenes included a moving process to China, which took place on a rainy day with Kang Cheol-won, a zookeeper who is left alone on the last day of the disclosure of Fu Bao, and a moving reunion with Fu Bao, who is sad while organizing the interior of Fu Bao.

The film 'Hello, Grandma' was joined by a crew of veterans from each field to maximize the completeness and immersion of the film, including the authenticity of the film, high-quality shooting, and sound.

In addition, the news that national singer Lee Moon-se and singer-songwriter Kim Pureum participated in the OST of 「Hello, Grandpa」 sparked a buzz once.

Meanwhile, on July 20, 2020, Fu Bao was the first giant panda born in Korea in natural breeding, and on the 3rd, under the 'Giant Panda Protection Research Convention', he left for Warong Sufingji, Sichuan Province, China.
