On the 2nd, an official from G-Dragon's team stated, "G-Dragon is preparing for a comeback in the second half of this year, but the specific schedule has not yet been confirmed." This statement addresses recent rumors about a comeback in October and a performance at Gocheok Dome in November.
After moving to Galaxy Corporation in December last year, G-Dragon recently acquired the trademark rights to 'G-Dragon' and 'GD' from his former agency YG Entertainment for free. This indicates a positive relationship with YG Entertainment.
Meanwhile, G-Dragon was recently appointed as a visiting professor at the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST).
