(G)I-DLE's Soyeon Surprises Fans with Unexpected Remarks During Seoul Concert

Group (G)I-DLE's Soyeon shocked fans with her unexpected remarks during their third world tour 'i-DOL' at KSPO DOME in Olympic Park, Songpa-gu, Seoul, on the afternoon of the 3rd.

This concert was anticipated as a showcase of the seven-year growth of (G)I-DLE, who have made numerous hits such as 'Tomboy,' 'Nxde,' 'Queencard,' and 'Allergy' since debuting with 'LATATA' in 2018.

However, a surprising moment occurred during Soyeon's solo stage. She displayed her sexy charisma during the performance of 'Is this bad b****** number,' but shocked everyone with a sudden announcement, mentioning "Why should I care about the damn consequences? My contract ends in November. Who's going to stop me?", which left the audience in surprise.

In response, Cube Entertainment, the agency, clarified that (G)I-DLE's exclusive contract period is valid until next year and that Soyeon's remarks were part of the performance.

According to multiple K-pop officials, (G)I-DLE is reportedly unified in their desire to continue as a group. Having been through a lot together, the members share a strong bond.

Fans are also cheering for (G)I-DLE to remain active as a team for a long time, recognizing their rare self-production skills for a girl group since debuting.

Following their Seoul concert on the 4th, (G)I-DLE will continue their world tour in 14 cities, including Hong Kong, Tokyo, Oakland, Anaheim, Houston, Rosemont, Belmont Park, Taipei, Bangkok, Macau, Melbourne, and Sydney.
