Actor Han Seon-hwa confessed her experience of having sleep paralysis.

On the 14th, a video titled 「"Curious Sunhwa" was released on the YouTube channel "Scary Story with a Ghost Destroyer".

On this day, Han Seon-hwa talked with Dr. Kwak Jae-sik, who appeared as a guest, under the theme of 'Delicate Special'.

Kwak Jae-sik asked "Is there a scary movie you watched?" and Han Seon-hwa mentioned "I watched a lot of Japanese movies when I was a student."

Han Seon-hwa then said, `I've never seen a ghost, but I've had a nightmare.' `When I was in middle school, I just closed my eyes, and around the time I fell asleep, I heard babies next to my ears. I was so scared that I tried to get myself up, but it didn't work. That was my first sleep paralysis,' he confessed of his experience with sleep paralysis.

In addition, Han Seon-hwa "The second pair of scissors was active since childhood, so I slept a lot in the car. But while I was in the car, I couldn't move my body. I felt like someone was pressing me, I tried to call someone, but my mouth wouldn't drop. I've had sleep paralysis just twice like this."

Meanwhile, Han Seon-hwa debuted with girl group Secret in 2009 and began her acting career in 2013.
