Lawyer Choi, Caracula, and reporters attended the investigation into the arrest of the victim..under restraint

Since 2:10 p.m. on the 2nd, the Suwon District Court has been conducting a pre-arrest interrogation of Choi and Caracula on charges of racketeering and assistance. Choi and Caracula reportedly visited the Suwon District Prosecutors' Office building to avoid reporters and entered the courtroom through a separate passage that was not disclosed to the outside.
Whether to issue an arrest warrant for Choi and Caracula is expected to come out later in the day.
Lawyer Choi is accused of blackmailing YouTuber Tzuyang, as well as assisting Tzuyang, a YouTuber's foot-and-mouth disease (real name Lee Joon-hee) who was arrested on the 26th of last month, and forcing A, Tzuyang's ex-boyfriend and agency representative. Caracula is accused of aiding and abetting the racketeering crime of foot-and-mouth disease (arrest). He is also accused of extorting 52 million won by threatening an online broadcaster BJ Suit.
Prior to their arrest, Tzuyang released a video of 'Last Explanation' on the 1st. In the video, Tzuyang expressed her honest feelings about the alleged theft of her name and abortion surgery.
On the 25th of last month, Tzuyang filed a complaint against Choi with the Suwon District Prosecutors' Office on charges of racketeering and leaking business secrets. In addition, Tzuyang also filed a complaint with the Suwon District Prosecutors' Office on the 30th of last month against Kim Se-eui, CEO of the Garosero Research Institute, on charges of spreading false information and blackmailing.
