In a special session 'Lee Jung-jae: Endless Challenge' held at the COEX Conference Room in Samseong-dong, Seoul on the afternoon of the 27th, Lee Jung-jae said "I think we will focus on promoting 'Squid Game 2' from the second half of this year."
Lee Jung-jae will meet with global viewers in the second half of this year with 'Squid Game 2'. In response, he confirmed that "Squid Game 2" will open around the end of December during the Olympics. In line with that, the director and staff are working hard on the latter part of the work. Actors are also practicing talking about their characters and works according to the expected questionnaire. From the second half of this year, I think we will be promoting 'Squid Game 2' in earnest," he said.
Meanwhile, BCWWW is an event hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (Minister Yoo In-chon) and co-hosted by the Korea Creative Content Agency (Director Cho Hyun-rae) and COEX, and will be held for three days from the 27th to the 29th.
