Lee Jun-ho, the new owner of the 17.5 billion won building..JYP"Personal Issues"

The real estate industry announced on the 1st that Lee Joon-ho purchased a commercial building with one basement and four ground floors in Sinsa-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul for 17.5 billion won in March this year. The land area is 323.70㎡ (97.92 pyeong) and the total floor area is 830.8㎡ (251.32 pyeong), and offices and brunch cafes are located, and Lee Joon-ho reportedly purchased the building under the name of JF Company, a family corporation. The building is also known as the one that the late actor Kang Soo-yeon, who suddenly died in 2022, purchased for 8 billion won in 2017.
In response, Lee Joon-ho's agency JYP Entertainment told Sports Chosun that it is difficult to confirm because it is a personal matter" he said.
Meanwhile, Lee Joon-ho debuted as a 2PM member and was loved for his work MBC 'Clothes Sleeves Red End Dong', which he showed after fulfilling his duty as a social service worker. It also received global fans' attention through JTBC 'King the Land' and is currently set to release a new Netflix series 'Casharo'.
