Rapper Sik-K (Kwon Min-sik, 30), who turned himself in to the police for taking drugs, has been put on trial.

The Seoul Western District Prosecutors' Office announced on the 22nd that it indicted rapper Sik-K without detention on June 17 on charges of violating the Narcotics Control Act.

At 8:40 a.m. on January 19, Sik-K turned himself in for administering drugs to a police officer working near the Seoul Regional Veterans Affairs Office in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, saying, "Is this a police station?" The police sent Sik-K without detention in April.

Sikh K's legal representative, Setham, said earlier that he was admitting to simple possession and smoking of hemp.

The legal representative was hospitalized and operated on Jan. 15-18 to treat the rotator cuff injury suffered while serving in the military"In the course of surgery, psychotropic drugs such as propofol and lidocaine and other general anesthetics were administered" he claimed.

"From surgery to discharge, I was given painkillers including tramadol for pain relief and sleeping pills due to sleep disorders."He said he turned himself in for taking drugs because his sleep disorder continued even after he was discharged from the hospital, and he showed delirium in the morning of the 19th. They say they were forced to administer drugs due to general anesthesia to undergo surgery due to shoulder treatment.

Sik-K has been active in releasing an album in February this year after embroidery. He also posted on his Instagram under police investigation without detention.

Sikkay, born in 1994, made his face and name known by appearing on Mnet 'Show Me the Money 2' in 2013 and 'Show Me the Money 4' in 2015. He made his official debut in the music industry in August 2015 when he released the single 'My Man'. Sikk, who was involved in Higher Music, founded by Park Jae-beom, who had a relationship with "Show Me the Money 4", chose his own path when his contract expired in July 2022. In May last year, he founded KC, a label named after his real name, and recruited rapper Haon. Haon and Haon have revealed their friendship by featuring Haon's 'BungBung' in the final of Mnet '"Godding Rapper 2" in 2018.
