Park Sang-min to be tried for the third time on charges of drunk driving

According to the investigation authorities on the 26th, the Anyang branch of the Suwon District Prosecutors' Office indicted Park Sang-min without detention late last month on charges of violating the Road Traffic Act (Drunk Driving).
Park Sang-min is accused of driving his vehicle around his home in Gwacheon City while drunk at around 8 a.m. on May 19. Before returning home, he parked his car in an alley and fell asleep, and was caught by police who were dispatched after receiving a witness report. At the time of arrest, Park Sang-min's blood alcohol concentration was found to be at the level of revocation of his license.
Park Sang-min was found to have drank spirits with his acquaintances at a bar in Gwacheon until early this morning. It was investigated that there was no secondary damage such as vehicle or human accident.
In this regard, the agency UMI Entertainment said, `Park Sang-min and the agency feel responsible without excuse. I can't hide my apologies for the trouble," he said.
Earlier, Park Sang-min was punished several times for drunk driving. In February 2011, he was caught driving his junior's car at the blood alcohol concentration of the license suspension level in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. In August 1997, he was arrested by police for a drunk driving contact accident in Gangnam-gu.
Meanwhile, Park Sang-min made his debut in the 1990 film The Son of a General and rose to stardom. Recently, he appeared in the play 'Shuman' and met with the audience.
