According to the real estate industry on the 29th, Theo Co., Ltd., represented by PD Kim Tae-ho, purchased a three-story multi-family row house (808.89㎡ and 1,759.04㎡) near the luxury street in Cheongdam-dong, Seoul in March this year and paid the balance in June.
The purchase price is 30 billion won, which is the purchase of an entire old row house where six households originally lived. The maximum amount of bonds is expected to be 28.8 billion won, and the actual loan is expected to be 24 billion won. Currently, the building has been demolished to build a new building.
The new building is expected to be a six-story building with two basement floors and four ground floors.
As it is a multi-family building, the purchase process is relatively cumbersome and it is estimated that the cost of brightness was considerably incurred in the process of eviction.
There is also a building nearby for actors Won Bin and Lee Na-young and Kim Hee-ae. In February 2018, Won Bin and Lee Na-young purchased a building 300m on foot from Apgujeong Rodeo Station on the Bundang Line for 14.5 billion won.
