In the post, B identified themselves as the "female employee B" referred to in an earlier statement by CEO Min on July 31st. B claimed that CEO Min downplayed their allegations, referring to them in derogatory terms, including phrases like "fxxxbitch" and "mental illness."
B stated that CEO Min not only sided with the perpetrator, identified as "A," but also created a hostile environment by using abusive language against those who supported B. Additionally, B accused CEO Min of publicly sharing private KakaoTalk messages without their consent, all while presenting a false narrative to the public.
B officially resigned from the company on March 2nd and reported the harassment to the company on March 6th, providing substantial evidence. However, on March 16th, the parent company, HYBE, concluded that while A's actions were inappropriate, they did not warrant disciplinary action. HYBE recommended that Min issue a stern warning to A, but B alleges that Min refused and continued to defend A throughout the investigation.

B is now seeking a sincere apology from both CEO Min and A, and they have indicated that they will take further steps to uncover the truth.
Last month, allegations surfaced that CEO Min attempted to cover up the sexual harassment case. A media outlet revealed KakaoTalk messages between CEO Min and A, suggesting that Min was siding with A, leading to B's resignation.
In response, CEO Min released a detailed statement along with the KakaoTalk messages, claiming that she acted as an arbitrator in the situation, reprimanding A, supporting B, and facilitating a resolution between the two parties.
CEO Min has since filed a lawsuit against HYBE CEO Park Ji-won, alleging obstruction of business, unlawful access to electronic records, and defamation under the Information and Communication Network Act.
