Three former members of the group FIFTY FIFTY (Saena, Sio, and Aran) filed a lawsuit against the agency's Attract CEO Jeon Hong-joon for a settlement of about 300 million won.

Saena, Sio, and Aran filed a complaint against the former representative to the Seoul Central District Court on the 23rd with the effect of "Please pay the settlement amount". The lawsuit is known to be worth 301 million won.

It is a counterclaim to the 13 billion won damages lawsuit filed by Attract in December last year against 12 people, including three former members, their parents, and CEO of outsourced production company Dougie Bus Ahn Sung-il. Both trials will be allocated to the 31st Civil Affairs Department and will be merged.

After debuting as a quartet in November 2022, Pifty gained global popularity with the song 'Cupid', which was released in February last year, and was called the 'Miracle of Small and Medium-Sized Dolls'. However, the four members filed a provisional injunction in June that year, claiming that Attract failed to fulfill its obligation to provide settlement data and its members' health care obligations, but it was rejected in August.

Since then, the members have continued legal disputes by appealing the decision to dismiss, but last month, member Kina returned to the attraction with the withdrawal of the appeal, and the agency terminated the exclusive contract with the other three members.

Kina, who returned, plans to reorganize with the three new members and announce her new leap forward with Shinbo on September 20. However, the other three members signed an exclusive contract with MASSIVE E&C, a label affiliated with IOK, on the 12th and are still facing Attract.

Attract has filed a civil and criminal lawsuit against three people, including Ahn, by naming Ahn Seong-il, the CEO of Dougie Bus, as an outside force that sneaks out the members who were under contract. It also filed a lawsuit against former members Saena, Sio and Aran for damages worth 13 billion won. The first hearing will be held on the 29th.
