'Short distance, no harm'..Suga Apologizes 'Drinking Electric Scooter' No Disposition from the Military Manpower Administration
With BTS (BTS) Suga (real name Min Yoon-ki) caught riding an electric scooter while intoxicated, there will be no separate punishment from the Military Manpower Administration.

Regarding Suga, who was caught drunk driving while serving as a social service worker, the Military Manpower Administration said on the 7th that `It does not constitute an act of damaging dignity because it occurred outside of working hours.' The service management regulations for social service personnel include the provisions of 'Obligation to Maintain Dignity (Article 8)' and 'Scope of Disorderly Acts of Work Discipline (Article 29-2)', but it is known that social service personnel are not bound by the regulations except for working hours.

Suga was charged with violating the Road Traffic Act (Drunk Driving) while driving an electric scooter while intoxicated on a road in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, at around 11:15 p.m. on the 6th. When the report came out, Suga told his official community "I went home on an electric kickboard after drinking at the dinner table last night. He violated the road traffic laws because he was not aware of the comfortable idea of a close distance and that he could not use an electric kickboard while drinking. In the process of setting up an electric kickboard at the front gate of the house, he fell alone, and there was a police officer nearby, so a drunk test showed that he was issued with a license revocation and a fine. There were no people or facilities damaged in the process, but I would like to bow down and apologize to everyone because it is my responsibility that has no excuse."

The agency, Big Hit Music, will be appropriately disposed of by the workplace for acts that have caused social controversy as a social service worker. I will be more careful not to let this happen in the future" made a statement.

Suga is currently serving as a social service worker and will be released from the call-up in June next year.
