 Was it like this after quitting MBC? Producer Kim Tae-ho's producer TEO buys 30 billion buildings in Cheongdam-dong



TEO, a content production company led by producer Kim Tae-ho, who quit MBC, purchased a row house in Cheongdam-dong, Seoul for 30 billion won.

According to the real estate industry on the 29th, Theo, led by PD Kim Tae-ho, purchased a multi-family row house with one basement and three ground floors near Cheongdam-dong Luxury Street in Gangnam-gu, Seoul in March this year and completed the balance payment in June. The purchase price is 30 billion won. The land area is 808.89㎡ (245 pyeong) and the total floor area is 1759.04㎡ (533 pyeong).

The building was completed in October 1992 and consists of six households. Currently, the demolition work is underway, and the new building is expected to be used as a two-story underground office building and four-story above the ground.



It is known that there is a building owned by Won Bin, Lee Na-young and Kim Hee-ae.

After joining MBC in 2001, Kim Tae-ho became a star producer by creating `Infinite Challenge.' After leaving MBC for the first time in 20 years in 2021, he founded Studio Theo under his name and later introduced programs such as 'Global Marvel World Travel', 'Dance Singer Wandan', and 'My name is Gabriel'.
