Lee Hyo-ri and Lee Sang-soon purchased a parcel of land adjacent to a detached house in Pyeongchang-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul, in August last year for KRW 6.05 billion in cash, according to a certified copy of the register. Lee Hyo-ri has a three-quarter stake and Lee Sang-soon a one-quarter stake.
The house, which has a total floor area of 100 pyeong, consists of one basement floor and two ground floors, and is currently undergoing internal construction.
Lee Hyo-ri appeared on Park Myung-soo's YouTube channel last month and announced that she will move to Seoul after organizing her 11-year life in Jeju. Lee Sang-soon also said, `I decided to move because I wanted to be more diligent and active.'
Currently, singer Seo Tae-ji Yoon Jong-shin, actress Choi Soo-jong and Ha Hee-ra couple, and Kim Hye-soo live in Pyeongchang-dong.
Lee Hyo-ri and Lee Sang-soon got married in 2013.
