Seol Soo-jin, a former Miss Korea broadcaster, revealed her body care tips.

In TV Chosun 'Perfect Life', which aired on the 14th, Seol Soo-jin appeared to show her daily life with her family and introduced the secret to still maintaining her beautiful appearance and body.

Seol Soo-jin maintained a weight of 50kg when she was Miss Korea, but said she gained up to 75kg after giving birth at the age of 34. After turning 48, he said he is maintaining 55 kilograms. When the MCs asked if they had ever felt pressured about the title of 'Miss Korea', Seol Soo-jin answered honestly, "When I gained a lot of weight, I couldn't go to the swimming pool or the bathhouse, and I couldn't even trust myself."

Seol Soo-jin also mentioned her health condition. "I think the menopause is coming, but I'm not particularly sick yet," she says. "I hurt my ribs two years ago, so I've barely been able to exercise. I'm worried about losing muscle as I get older. These days, my basic metabolism is also low, so I think I'm gaining age even if I eat the same amount, so I'm thinking about how to go on a middle-aged diet."

Seol Soo-jin's daily life was also revealed on the show. Seol Soo-jin, who opened the package in the morning, drew attention as she showed herself trimming more than 10 kilograms of pork. She showed how she prepared pork stew, grilled pork, and stir-fried pork using trimmed meat, saying, `My son loves meat, so he buys it in large quantities and uses it for various dishes.'

On this day, Seol Soo-jin headed to Gimje, Jeollabuk-do, for a barbecue with her son, a middle school student who turned 14 this year. It was where there was a cafe run by Seol Soo-jin's parents. She said "My parents returned to farming a few years ago. He explained, "He said that the Gimje area is so good, but he didn't come up."

During the barbecue, Seol Soo-jin drew attention for not eating any carbohydrates, but a specialist warned that excessive carbohydrate resection could be harmful to health.
